About the Recipe

Be creative! Try different seasonings and nutritional yeast flavors for added zest!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup popcorn of your choice

  • 1 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for a great healthy fat

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Nutritional yeast to taste, for a cheesy flavor

  • For stove top - use 1 tablespoon of coconut oil


Preparation

Air Popper Method


For air popper: pop corn and set aside in bowl. Add oil and toss. Add salt and toss. Use nutritional yeast if desired and toss. Enjoy!



Stove Top Method


For Stove top: heat coconut oil in pan. Add popcorn and salt. Stir until it begins to pop. Place lid on pan and gently shake until kernels have stopped popping. Remove from heat quickly to heat resistant bowl. Add oil and toss. If desired, add nutritional yeast and toss. Enjoy!
